Villeroy and Boch bathroom

Here is an example of a complete bathroom make-over using top of the range Villeroy & Boch appliances. Old bathroom was stripped to bare walls, everything removed and the new one was installed. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Regaining the space

In this project the bathroom space has been increased by removing an old-fashioned hot water tank and bolier and replacing them with a combi bolier (CORGI certificated). The regained space allowed us to install a shower cabinet. Apart from the physical space increase the bathroom benefitted from changing the colour palette from dark blue to light, natural stone colour, which gives a sense of even more space than it was before. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Traditional contemporary bathroom

This is one of our latest projects. We enjoyed doing it very much, even though it was quite hard work with small wall tiles and having to de-assemble the old walls and rebuilding them again. This bathroom is in an old farm house in a beautiful English countryside. Please have a closer look at the larger pictures and study and the attention to detail involved. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Knocking down partition wall

This project involved knocking down a partition wall between a former bathroom and a toilet and creating one bigger bathroom space instead. We also swapped around the toilet and the hand basin. Plus of course complete re-tiling and a new suite. This project took 10 weeks to complete.

Dramatic visual changes

Sometimes the visual changes can be pretty dramatic, like in this example where the bathroom was a subject of long term leak which damaged the ceiling completely. The entire ceiling including some joists had to be replaced, then replastered and painted. New bathroom suite and tiles complete the job. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Total bathroom make-over

In this example of a complete bathroom transformation we did not reposition any appliances, however we replaced absolutely everything including the ceiling and the ceiling lights. A partition wall from the old shower was knocked down to make room for a new trendy shower cubicle, and old tiles were removed and replaced. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Complete bathroom transformation

Here is a typical example of our complete bathroom transformation job. An old suite and tiles have been removed. The bathroom was then created again. The bath, sink and the toilet were re-positioned to create a feeling of more space. The new found space allowed us to add a shower cubicle. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Transformation after a long neglect

This bathroom project involved swapping the bath and hand basin around to change the shape of the bathroom from long and narrow into square like shape. As always, after years of neglect the only approach is to remove all layers to the bare walls and start again with a brand new suite and tiles. This project took 2 weeks to complete.

Bathroom with disabled facilities

This is an example of a bathroom for a disabled person, where amongst all it was necessary to removed an old-fashioned boiler and hot water tank and replace them with a combi boiler.

A walk-in bath was then fitten in the space regained by removing the hot water tank. What looks like two toilets is in fact a toilet and the bidet. This project took two and a half weeks to complete.

Typical bathroom job

Yet another example of what we would call a fairly typical bathroom job. This project involved however replacing an old fashioned boiler with a combi-boiler (CORGI certificated). This project took 10 working days to complete.

Another complete makeover

Here is an example of another complete make-over including repositioning of the bath, the hand-basin and tiling of the walls and floor.

It looks a bathroom has been here all the time...

This bathroom was built as a major upgrade of a former "toilet-and-sink-only" room. in order to make space for a bath a partition wall has been knocked down and the space was stolen from a former storage room. After the toilet, hand-basin and bath were installed - the walls and the floor were tiled, so one would never guess there used to be a wall going across this room.
