This special offer is for pitched roofs of up to 80 sq.m. (this includes typical 3-4 bed house). Typical roof replacement takes around 2 weeks depending on the weather. New roofs come with a full 3 or 5 years warranty. The price includes: Removing your old roof tiles or slates Removing old gutters Removing old buttons, Removing old membrane (if applicable) Putting new membrane Putting new buttons Putting new tiles or slates Installing new gutters, flashings and leadwork The price does not include: Materials. (We will quote you on a choice of different options, they will vary around £1500 - £2500) Scaffolding (This will be an additional cost depending on the size and shape of your house, usually around £1000-£1800) Skip hire or Rubbish disposal. (This can be arranged for a small additional fee, around £180-£250)

Kitchen £1650

Buy your kitchen in a shop of your choice and have it fully fitted for £1650.00 inc. Typical kitchen takes 7-10 working days to fit. The price includes: Removing your wall or floor units and worktops Removing old sink, cooker, hood, oven. Removing any old tiles Repairing/Re-plasteing walls and ceiling Re-painting the walls and ceiling Re-painting skirtings Fitting up to 10 wall or floor units and worktops Fitting sink, cooker, hood, oven (integrated or not) Tiling or painting your walls Tiling the floor The price does not include: Materials. (The customer is assumed to provide the kitchen units, worktops, appliances, tiles and any other necessary materials or reimburse their costs) Repositioning of electric or gas appliances. (This can be arranged for a small additional fee) Skip hire or Rubbish disposal. (This can be arranged for a small additional fee)

Bathroom £1650

Buy your bathroom in a shop of your choice and have it fully fitted for £1650.00 inc. Typical bathroom takes 7-10 working days to fit. The price includes: Removing your old bath, shower, hand-basin and toilet Removing any old tiles Fitting a new bath, shower, hand-basin and toilet Repairing/Re-plasteing walls and ceiling Re-painting the walls and ceiling Re-painting skirtings Tiling or painting your walls Tiling the floor The price does not include: Materials. (The customer is assumed to provide the suite, tiles and any other necessary materials or reimburse their costs) Repositioning of appliances. (This can be arranged for a small additional fee) Skip hire or Rubbish disposal. (This can be arranged for a small additional fee)
